@atmospherepro a definitive NO. I would strongly recommend starting with DROD: Architect Edition. It's free and you should google it out without problems. This episode is very hard. It's obvious from the very start that it was made for fans of the series, with a lot of experience with this type of gameplay. I completed DROD AE and it still kicked me around pretty much on the starting rooms :)

Hey all. Pilchard VIII from the DROD forums here. If anyone is reading this and hasn't got this yet, I would definitely recommend getting either TCB or al least the old Architect's Edition (Free). It will suck you right in, and years after you start playing you'll still be hooked.
