  • Love the show but the host is SOOO pretentious with that phony voice. He is hysterical. But the singers and dancers are awesome!

  • I like Jimmy O'Neill, he was cute :)

  • @blinko7777 And a real neat story too. Thanks.

  • Great sound! I remember my youth in the 60ties! Parties in Denmark in summer-holidays!

  • Anybody notice the middle singer in the backup group "The Blossoms" is Darlene Love one of Phil Spector's staples. An artist in her own right.

  • Never heard of Barbara Lewis before but she has a stupendous voice. Whatever happened to her?

  • Take a look at the hosts eyebrows. Scary!

  • @nyrainbow I met one of the Turtles later on in life and became friends with him. The friendship was 1969-1972. He told me about all the different shows they appeared on Dick Clark etc and what kind of parties they had. You can imagine! He said theTurtles especially like that show because the dancers were so friendly :)) I talk to him occasionaly holidays and such. He had a love for boats so after the Turtle gig was over he became tug boat Captain in the San Diego area. True story..

  • What a line up! Jimmy O'Neil is perfect as the MC--his hipness is a little forced, but you have to remember--this is a POP show, not a ROCK show. Just watch and wonder.....

  • The Blossoms rule!

  • Donna Loren is even hotter than I remember.

  • The Turtles did as good a job on their song as I remembered it
