  • this has altered my perception of ed sullivan

  • I love this kind of TV: simple. Today's crap is like a video game with other video games going on at the same time on screen.

  • is ed sullivan that screams HHOOOOOOOOOOOOO ?

  • Arlene is stunning!

  • Sullivan's putting that witty, urbane panel on the floor is just precious!!!

  • I watched the Ed Sullivan Show with my parents weekly. I must say, seeing him like this, so fun and so different from the controlled stiffness we saw was WONDERFUL. He won me over when he said of Elvis, 'This is one of the finest young men I have ever met.', when Elvis insisted on singing his Mother's favorite hymn on his show.

  • thats great!! lol, wow

  • Ed was a true entertainer, top notch quality as we all know. He looks very dashing here, charismatic. He was one of the best, his show was classy and fun to watch.

    RIP Ed.

  • oh my mr daly is trying to keep a straight face

  • the host looks like kevin spacey

  • I can never tell Nixon and Sullivan apart.
