Jerk -- 1 minute break between each set
Set 1 -- 20kg x 2, 1 min/10 reps
Set 2 -- 20kg x 2, 1 min/10 reps
Set 3 -- 20kg x 2, 1 min/10 reps
Set 4 -- 24kg x 2, 1 min/8 reps
Set 5 -- 24kg x 2, 2 min/16 reps
Set 6 -- 24kg x 2, 2 min/ 16reps
Set 7 -- 28kg x 2, 1 min/5 reps
Set 8 -- 28kg x 2, 1 min/5 reps
Set 9 -- 28kg x 2, 1 min/5 reps
Set 10 -- 28kg x 2, 1 min/5 reps
Set 11 -- 24kg x 2, 1 min/8 reps
Set 12 -- 20kg x 2, 1 min/10 reps
Set 13 -- 20kg x 2, 1 min/10 reps
Set 14 -- 20kg x 2, 1 min/10 reps
128 reps total (60 w/ 20kgx2, 48 w/ 24kgx2, 20 w/ 28kgx2)
These were nowhere near as good as the last two workouts. The rack didn't feel as good, and I was just tired for most of it. My form was pretty sloppy, but got much better towards the end.
