Thank you so much for taking the time to share you wisdom, heart and hope. Stumbled upon your sight while researching how to deal with dishonesty. Really wonderful video and topics. Looking forward to studying and growing and breaking the cycle. God Bless You.

Which is the point of procrastination. It keeps you safe, temporarily. Also, you have to buy the books to even get the help. Same as usual. I wonder if the fact that psychological issues have to be profitable is why they even exist in the scale they do. I have OCD, Intrusive thoughts, procrastination and abandonment issues. It's really hard to find anything that helps. Best advice for procrastination I ever heard was just get up and do something, even if it's not what you're supposed to do.

Lesson two reminds me of this quote by George Bernard Shaw - “The single biggest problem in communication is the illusion that it has taken place.”

Thanks for the referal. It looks like Stevan is a well-meaning, erudite philosopher focused on freedom. I am an engineer and a family-systems therapist focused on reducing inherited psychological wounds and ignorance..

I hear no whistle with my laptop's external speakers. Try turning your treble volume down.

I suspect a (young) PART of you is scared. Your true Self would be opoen to handling any discovery and keeping you safe! Another normal fear is what will happen to you long term if you DON'T learn who's running your life?

This stuff scares me. I'm afraid to find out what I might learn, in the same vein as being afraid what the physician might find if I go in for a checkup.
