  • overall the best prevention is to engauge in the proper closed chain and righting exercises in order to prevent injury.

  • you're not gonna get the calcium you need from "skim" milk. especially if you're stuck eating on base. good luck with that.

    Probably the biggest stresser here is the fact that bud/s students run a lot on SAND! talk about a injury waiting to happen..
