I believe it is. It's the old Sky Sweeper Jet from the Spytroops line of GI-Joe from back in 2003

so 2 questions, first does the back show the viper holding a gun yet he doesnt come with one, or is that just the removable rocket from the side, and 2... how would the pilot get to the escape pod? lol
