@altclyti Just because there is a gun in the house doesn't mean it's legal or legally purchased. They had no idea who was committing the violent acts and for their own safety and the safety and safety of the civilian population they thought it best to disarm the city. I'm a staunch defender of the second amendment and while I don't agree with what they did you have to look at it from their view.

Caching is important, the idea is not to keep all your firearms underground, just cache some in a private location for a worst case scenario.
