It sucks. I don't get them often but when I do, I break out and get like 10. Of course I pick/poke/pop and they get big and inflamed and puss filled. Which just makes them more fun to pick, resulting in them getting even bigger. I usually end up shaving my head and they clear up fast that way, not to mention I get some sick satisfaction out of the noise and feeling of my clippers sawing them off !

i used to have scalp folliculitis on my hairline and it itched so bad. it took me a while to stop scratching it and ventually it went away, buy now i sill have this spot on my hairline that will probably take a while to go away :(

@mopoman0 yes, unfortunately they can. :( anywhere there is a pore, it is possible to get a pimple. it's just that some places are more prone to it than others. (usually the places that produce more oil)
