Dan Rather, who just sued CBS to defend journalism, is seen back in his anchoring days, spending twenty minutes deciding the journalistic issue of whether or not to wear the trenchcoat and, if so, collar up or collar down.

@kaewonf8 NOT ...... Rather told the truth and since he wont reveal his sources,CBS had no choice but to release him or feel the rath of "President" Bush and the right wing conservative bile movement

@allenwood100 Err, no, Rather was fired for lying about Bush's military record. Rather and Mapes had tarted-up documents that their own experts told them were fakes. They aired it anyway. He had a vendetta against the Bushes going back decades, and it cost him. He disgraced himself and his profession.

I appreciated Dan's passion for the news but it's apparent that his ego got in the way of his reporting. It's a shame.
