Hint zelda phantom hourglass level B6 not working (fixed)

2nd POST--had this problem for days. decided to go talk to pyschic then went back to talk with Zauz. AGAIN after that i tried the door AGAIN and this time it worked. and also nintendo took 6 days to reply, but they did. with no help.

1st POST-- i have read all the FAQ's and the walkthroughs. even emailed nintendo (still no reply). whats up with this bs. i saw some others do the same thing (different methods of drawing the "triforce") and it worked for them. i had no problem drawing the hourglass first time around. why?
