That looks like a car driving in long grass with faulty lights.

Cany make out anything video quality is too poor.
This in turn rules out any further tests to see if the footage is authentic.
Like possible day shot comparison.
Could be light's on a hill could be a plane could be this could be that.

I do have much more than this clip of film which was extracted from the original tape,by Marc Bell. The incident was witnessed by many sky watchers including Brenda Butler the Worlds leading authority on the Rendlesham Forest Incident and a close friend, suffice to say despite many visits to the area, I have never seen anything like this before, but remain open minded as to what it was that we all saw, certainly not the orford ness lighthouse! thanks for looking
