si lu ben da (medium speed)- taipei 2008

四路奔打 is an advanced empty hand set taught within the framework of the taiwanese northern shaolin longfist association in taipei . it is said that master Han Qing Tang proposed/ adapted a combination of seven star preying mantis with traditional chang quan (cha quan).
please note first that i am not a master, nor a teacher, just a student (which means it is far from being perfect). secondly, the purpose is to compare (slow-medium speed) and share with other schools performing longfist forms, not for learning new movements through internet.
