Resistencia is a radical and thought-provoking exploration of how young Colombians feel about the crisis afflicting their country.

The film follows a summer in the lives of some of Colombia's finest rappers, DJs and breakdancers. Resistencia documents Colombia's long-running civil war, as seen through the eyes of those directly affected by it and paints an intimate portrait of life in the barrios of this volatile country.

They are talking about mostly of the hip hop roots in Colombia and how it appeared but also about the hip hop recistance movement which represent a movement against war and corruption and in Colombia
