Turn off Background Apps on iPhone and iPod Touch

On the newer iPod Touches and iPhones, Apple has introduced multitasking. Unfortunately, lots of people don't know it exists and how to turn off apps that are running to free up their space.

Haha well TBH I must say that I didn't really use your vid I just listened to the first step and played around and I put it into wiggle mode myself and I saw how this worked in the end I removed like 10 background applications haha :/

How can I turn off apps without having them running in the background? Its so anoing to doubleclick and turning off apps after every 5 minutes
