Your skin is very important to your well being and daily life. Zappos suggests the following Tips to keep your skin looking youthful.
Tip 1: First and foremost, quit smoking. Smoke damages your skin and depletes the body of Vitamin C, which helps keep your skin moist and clear.
Tip 2: You also want to be sure you are getting enough sleep. A lack of sleep will show on the face and skin. No one likes those unsightly bags under the eyes.
And, of course, exercise will help with just about anything wrong with your body. Exercise keeps the blood flowing. It not only burns calories, but gives you more energy when awake, and helps you rest more when sleeping. Whenever possible, perform relaxation exercises such as yoga or meditation. A quiet moment to yourself can keep worry lines from your face.
Tip 3: The next youthful skin Tip from Zappos is: Avoid prolonged exposure to the sun, especially without proper protection.
Tip 4: First, invest in a good sunscreen, and use it every day. A good sunscreen should have a high SPF, and be able to keep out harmful UV rays as well.

Tip 5: The first thing you want to do is find a good quality skin cleanser, one especially made for face care. These are softer, gentler soaps with special moisturizers for your face, and perform much better than a bar of soap.
Tip 6: Try exfoliation. Exfoliating the skin will lift years from your face, leaving you with a fresh, youthful glow. There are 2 primary exfoliates: Scrubs and chemical peels. Scrubs should be used once a week, while chemical peels should be done once a month with the help of a professional.
