WAGA-TV in Atlanta now owned by FOX Stations, Inc the FOX branding with the Eyewitness News moniker in 1997. This a tease during the 6pm hour news block and promoting WAGA's News division with anchors Amanda Davis and Roy Hobbs in for Russ Spencer.

I always thought how funny/interesting it was that in the full screen graphics you could see the old "5" spinning in the background. I miss that 5, by the way...

@radudeATL Yeah that old "5" was like a staple on WAGA..I always thought it was ugly, but it stood out as a logo

This was that interim period (1997-1999) before they went completely generic with the standard Fox O&O look and dropped "Eyewitness News."
