Russian HAARP technology from 1970's/WOODPECKER

Great video, thanks for posting. It's important that we see that this is not a new thing. Check out the film "Holes In Heaven" (made in 1998) for some good info on HAARP that echoes some of the concerns of the scientists in this video.

People still deny this technology exists, this vid shows it has been going on long before this TV release of it in the 1970's. Did you notice that lady spoke just like Borat?
