Who are "The Blacks" I am a 61 year old. For the first 15 years of my life I was called a Negro. Then I was called Black. A few years later I was called African American. The one thing I knew was that I am an American born in Washington DC. He who knows not and knows not he knows not is a fool shun him.

Look, words have been used to start wars and people in power positions should among us all know how to use them. I have nothing against Donald and he clearly does not understand the reception of his words and perhaps you do not either. This is why socially we need more understanding of each other and this is through social action which clearly we are afraid to do.

"The blacks" does not sound right at all. If Obama said "I have a great relationshitp with the whites. I have always had a great relationship with the whites". Automatically it would trigger a sense of seperation. US and THEM kind of feel. I'm sure many whites have a problem with "blacks" viewing certain actions and comments from whites as racist because it's also somthing they would say and do. If Donnald knew "the blacks", he would know how "the blacks" would feel about the use of words.
