First you get jacked at gun point and then fired. That ain't right.

@GlaBurnzUrHouseAK47 dunno about the spring but we got S&W .40 cal semi auto pistols.
-
@Chslosers That is true, but you said it. "Accident"
-
@bammer259 armored car companies are responsible for any accidental injuries.
-
@Chslosers Not true. Any display of a weapon in a THREATENING manner is a use of force against you. A perp doesn't have to fire a shot in order for you to defend yourself.

Also when I worked there, I told myself none of this is worth getting hurt over. Just give the guys the cash and thats it. Who cares, its insured. You want people to fight to protect the money with guys that have automatic weapons have the National Defence transit the cash instead. The fuck am I gonna do with a .38
The company knows the money is insured, but fire the employees to please the banks.

%80 of AC robberies is inside jobs. This wasn’t. I personally know Kirk and worked with him when I worked for G4S. But it looks like inside info has been passed on to these guys from other employees.
I’m not surprised because G4S treats their employees HORRIBLY. They hate employees and employees hate them even more. I remember being at work and dreaming of scenarios and making off with the cash with other co-workers. Too bad we didnt have the balls to do it.

The company pays guards to be on the lookout for these criminals, if they get robbed, it's generally because they made a mistake, in an ATM vestibule, there is ample room to react to robbers IF the guards are doing their jobs right. The trouble is that the guards often do NOT do their jobs properly.
G4S didn't become the biggest security company in the world by arbitrarily firing people. I am sure the decision to do so was based on just cause, try to consider their motivations objectively.

they carry 9mm's i think glock 17's or Springfield Armoury XD 9m's
I saw them, Ontario Canada
What do you expect them to do? Lay down their lives protecting insured money? They have soft body armour and woefully inadequate sidearms...they can't get into a gun battle and come out of it alive so why die for $50,000?

Not true, guards can shoot without being shot at first, look up Use of Force regulations if you don't believe me.
No jury in this country would have convicted those guards for any crime had they shot the robbers ast the robbers clearly had weapons, the ability to use them and intent also.
