  • I've tried this bro. Patok na Patok sa sensitive kong taste. Nasobrahan nga lang atah ako sa asin.  I also used low heat oven to dry it up. Nevertheless, this tapa is an authentic tapa. Unlike sa tapa king, which is more or less Parang Bistek na. Lol.
