Yeah i'm sure it's the same in Peru, seeing as their cultures are so similar. In broad terms, we have the indigenous people, the white/European mix and African descent. When publicized, I can say that I mostly only see the indigenous people exposed from Bolivia. I see the same about Peru.

I lived in Lima, tell me about discrimination in Peru, that is exactly how most of their traditional indigenous dance was destroyed. The congress refuses to declare Peru a multicultural country like Bolivia and Ecuador. There is also discrimination in
Bolivia, but it is changing a lot, there are 36 ethnicities recognized and not a MONO culture like they pretend in Peru.

no it isn't. with the discrimination between the Bolivian people themselves, Caporales isn't recognized for the entire country.

Well done. The Caporal is for Bolivia, what the Tango is for Argentina and the Samba is for Brazil. It is great to see young Bolivians enjoying their culture, you don't see that in other Latin American countries.
