Looking for strings is definitely a beginner step. However it is widely used for reversing games. As for nag screens in most cases when you see one the program has already determined the illegal operation/error then the nag is pushed. So by just bypassing the nag you really have done nothing but removed or jumped the APi for the message. This is a common mistake by beginners.

Ah, try compiling it instead, the way I do it in the video (with the Save part), it should run that way! :)
