Just great. Excellent vid. I went down to East Kirby in Lincs earlier this year and saw Just Jane doing a couple of taxy runs, and the BBMF Lanc also did a display. Fantastic!!!

my uncle was a rear gunner of a lancster he was shot down and crashed into the english channel his body was found 2 years later on a beach in france. the lancaster was best bomber of ww2. this bomber won ww2.

@PardonMyEnthusiasm Just Jane and BBMF are two separate airworthy lancs? or did i misunderstand? I though there were only two airworthy in the world, one of which is in my hometown, in Canada?

A wizard prang of a video! Congratulations on an absolutely superb compilation of footage of Bomber Commands 'Big Stick,' aka Lancaster. The utilisation of Nimrod, arguably the most British piece of classical music was perfect. Very evocative & moving- had a lump the size of a house brick in my throat! RESPECT to the Bomber Boy's- Lest We Forget................
