This is a 30" commercial to assist the Moldovan government to generate investment in its country. It was paid for by the EU. Moldova is a very small country bordered by Romania and the Ukraine. It claims to be the pooorest country in Europ0e. It is not (yet) a membver of the European Union. The target audience for this ad is European entrepreneurs - from small business owners to CEOs of large corporates who are lookming for somewhere new and profitable to invest. The commercial says - simply - here is Moldova we seek investors, you probably haven't heard of us let alone know where we are, BUT we have a young well educated, multilingual population and a dynamic lively capital city -- Oh and lots of financial incentives to invest.
