the two that filmed this both ID the man pulling up the signs as one of Whitfield staff,the truck belonged to the father of another one of his staff do you want names!!!

Was the sign on private property? Looks like it was on the right-of-way. That would make it illegal in Kentucky.

If you ask me, I'd say ALL political signs are garbage. They simply clutter up the sides of roads. I'm not going to vote for someone just because I saw his name on a sign.

No, it was on public property. It was put up the same as the Republican signs on the road. Only difference was Democrats weren't childish and ignorant enough to rip theirs up. What a bunch of idiots!!

True, we had turned around and come back and they saw us coming. We saw most of it before I got the camera rolling. The three people in the van that are ready to sign sworn affadavits as eyewitnesses is, however, pretty good evidence. It takes a real idiot to be doing that on a busy road, with so many cars coming back and forth. Pretty childish, and stupid. I hope this campaign does press charges, and I am ready to testify to what I saw in court. The red truck in the video is what they drove.

No. Most of them were hand painted ones, but Heather had recieved a donation in the form of 50 really nice signs. I put three of them and a bunch of the hand painted ones at various spots on public land, and the good ones, and most of the hand painted ones have come up missing. With the Feingold money, we are going to keep them real busy trashing signs soon. Hopefully we will be running some ads on cable soon too. They can't steal or destroy that.

Don't think so. I did turn the vid and the pics of the truck they were driving, complete with liscence plate and Whitfield sticker over to the Lunsford campaign.
