Video shows arthroscopy of my left knee. Symptoms were pain when exercising. Joint was generally in good condition, but fatty material from my infrapatella fat pad ('Hoffa's Pad') was intruding into the joint and causing the pain. You can see the surgeon using the arthroscope to cut away this material using a shaver. He also later uses the shaver to remove some damaged material underneath and opposite my patella. I was under a spinal anaesthetic during the procedure so was able to talk to Professor Cheah while he was working on my knee.
