    i must ask, i have now since 1 month and a half become vegeterian/Vegan No meat and almost no cheese and milk. but i have gott alot of acne wich i NEVER had before... i have googled alot and some says it can be detox? but wen will this acne get away it is very very frustrating especially now when i am eating no sugar and only good food!

  • @thysilence It took many years for you to build up clogging foods in your body. It will take many years to clean it all out. Do not think that a two week cleanse or a month off of dairy will make you all better! Healing is a lifelong process.   • It isnt easy finding one optimal diet for optimal health.

    i think it is many things that need to be in balance..

    But i do beilive Veg food is very very Goood of course..

    i did now hear that SOY is very dangeroud 80 % of it is GMO (scary has hell)

    and that little soy is ok but like drinking it , tofu etc makes our bodys shut down

    and cant absorb minerals etc..

    The natural food is best i think

    My face have cleared it took some time, i think it also can be that i found a video with a man recommending cocconut oil to rub his face in (saturated fat) and that didnt work for me i think that clogged the pores. so people dont do this..

    i did at new years eve fall into old habits in eating choclate so i have now eating little choclate home baked stuff and also supermarket stuff. and now little cheese i think its bad but one feels full in stomach

  • @thysilence Well. It's been three months. Has your face cleared up, yet? Or did you go back on the sugar, dairy, and meat? I hear Cinnamon and Honey, especially when placed in Green Tea, is a fabulous detox and artery cleaner (Seriously). :)

  • oh god,,, my diet is like that,im eating yogurt everytime cuz i thought its healthy for me to eat....everything that you mentioned i've been eating it everytime, i thought my acne is just bcuz of the weather,my skin gets dry......but now i realized that my diet is so bad,,,thanks a lot,i'll try to change my diet....
