Mass Effect 2 Suicide Mission (Paragon) Part 6/6

Just built a new PC, thought I'd upload a Paragon runthrough. I had some things edited, like extra casual outfits and NPC Hair, links to sites below should have a page on how-tos.

Guide to surviving follows...
You have to upgrade everything on your ship (medical bay is optional), I think squad members personal upgrades make a difference too. Here's a list of how I delt with it all, everyone survived.

Recruit everyone you can and get them loyal BEFORE the derelict reaper mission (for the IFF). Afterwards you only have time before the attack on the ship for one more mission, you'll want to use this for Legions loyal mission. After the attack on your ship you're given the oppotunity to go straight to the Omega 4 Relay, DO NOT DELAY IN THIS , otherwise Kelly and some if not all of the crew die (melting was weird).

Here are the Squad reccomendations, you can choose other people who are equally as good at the task but this is who i used...

Have Legion as your Tech Specialist, have garrus lead the strike team. As the biotic protector use samara. To lead the strike team a 2nd time use garrus again. To help the crew escape send grunt. Choose whoever you like for the final squad selection. Follow this and no lives should be lost.

I get the feeling that the impact of destroying the base will cause alot of alien races to unite in ME3 and help fight off the reapers, including non council races like batarians and such but keeping the base makes the humans stronger making only the humans fight the reapers in the end with better equipment and human made reapers that are used as ship like sarens only without a mind of their own.

@karlosj1012 Yeah I'm sure the developers mentioned that it would have a big impact and If I'm correct one of the loading screens in game confirms this but we will have to wait and see

Of course it will. ME3 will be the last game of the trilogy, and the choice you make is the last and one of the biggest.

Obviously enough, it will involve the war between the Reapers and us, so keeping or destroying a base which contain super advanced technology will inevitably affect something.

Both choices will bring high advantages and risks. Choose wisely...

Do you really think, that destroy or preserve the collectors base will change something big on ME3???, by the way, nice vid, your commander looks great.
