Questions about the oft-mentioned public option:

1) Will employers have an incentive to contribute a portion of premiums, as they do with their own group plans?
2) If so, will the public option need to be subject to COBRA and/or be affordable if one is "underemployed"?
3) Or will the plan be so different that one's employer (and subsequently COBRA) are not even considerations?
