searching - exit music for a film

A sequence from a collection of animations exploring dreams, fairy tales, self-portraiture and the subconscious.

The fragmented and flickering style of animation was designed to create a hazy 'dream-like'/'sub-conscious' state. The sequences are entirely suggestive and took on the role of a fairy tale or music video. Each telling a story within a theme or structure, allowing the audience the freedom to read into it what they will without forcing a specific agenda on them.
