that is so cute - do you know what your pretty Meyer is doing (or mostly trying to do) exactly?
its masturbating on the ball. with the wings down like that, curving on the ball, and the hips bent toward the ball - its trying to mate.
Birds really have sexual appetite, when they are happy and feeling good.
I have many birds (including a sweet meyer), and I see them often doing weird dances on their toys... xx
