@jerrytatum Doesn't the Quran say in the garden one of Jesus' disciples took on Jesus' image, and likeness, and was captured, and crucified in HIs place?

A pulitzer prize winning courtroom journalist, and solid atheist, thought he could start down the slippery slope and prove his wife wrong. Jesus' crucifixion was just one of the things he wanted to prove was hogwash. See YouTube "Lee Strobel's Testimony"
It takes men a long time to learn that women are (usually) right about these things and his book confirms that he (Lee Strobel) is just another slow learning guy. BTW eventually we get it right.

@jerrytatum I doubt your statistics. There can be a relatively good argument that Jesus never existed but I take Jesus to be a radical jewish priest with no divine connections. So both religions are a bit of a joke on this respect.

@jerrytatum i think you 'forgot' to read the part where it says "but so it was made to appear to them". So they, most people actually thought he was dead, unless of course if they had A CSI team out there that took the DNA from the cross. wise up...

and also if allah made it appear that Jesus was rescued that makes allah a deceiver. And if he deceived many back then how do these muslims know they are not being deceived now? Islam is a joke.
