you would have to have the water very flat most of the time...for holland this would not be as problem but hard to see where else you could have it...venice....bangkok...but anything with tides and waves is a non starter...even high winds in an inner waterway would be a problem as it looks top heavy or maybe anchored to the bottom...but then seems a bit pointless

@ScreamMode1337 If you can read or listen - which is surely difficult enough for a person like you - you would have heard that it is already built. Its oversecure for a river and because its not made for travelling or sea it is perfect for the use.
