Self-Manicure Tips for a Clean and Polished Natural Nail

I love how clean and polished my natural nails looks after giving myself a manicure using the following steps:

1. Soak nails in warm water about 10 minutes to soften cuticles.
2. Gently push back cuticles with a cuticle pusher.
3. Remove extra cuticles or rough skin with a cuticle remover tool.
4. Use a nail file to shape your nails.
5. Use a nail buffer to buff, smooth and shine your nails.
6. Use a white nail pencil to whiten your tips.
7. Wash your hands.
8. Apply a small amount of cuticle oil and rub in.

the white bits on nails are a form of bruising on your nails. :)
