I do not understand English well.
However, a rough content can beunderstood.
Recently, the number of a malignant driver and pedestrian who doesn't transfer the road in Japan though the emergency vehicle sounds a siren has increased.
This is a very serious problem.
Actually, the rescue worker contributes this problem to the magazine, and it gets into the news.
