Our Country was not founded on the restriction and punishment of the masses based on the actions of a few....when has this changed?

A five year study published in the Cincinnati Law Review in 1982, vol. 53, pg 1077, which specifically considered both Rottweilers and "pit bulls", concluded in part that:

"..statistics did not support the assertion that any one breed was dangerous, ..when legislation is focused on the type of dog it fails, because it is ... unenforceable, confusing, and costly. .. focusing legislation on dogs that are "vicious" distracts attention from the real problem, which is irresponsible owners."

I've seen one dog attack in my life and it was a golden retriever attacking a friend of mine. So passing laws aginst dogs is dumb, pits are not supposed to be allowed in the town I live in and I havre one. My neighbors all like her, the neighborhood kids come and play with her all the time, and even the dog warden came out to check her and he allowed me to keep her. So remember folks responsibility matters.

Helen Keller had one and one received multiple metals during WWI. How many metals from war do you have? actually pit bulls scored 84.50% for temperament tests- out of 220 different breeds and 20,000 dogs. Better than labs, golden retrievers and poodles. :)

Im in a wheelchair I used to own a pit bull rot mix 2 of the most miss understood breeds and he was my best friend, protector n helper dog I taught him everything I took him every where with me till sadly one day the neighbor poisoned him because of what he looked like

I agree with this video completely People get bit more by other breeds of dogs than pit bulls in a years time Like hounds, retrievers ect.
