@LaurenJSDaronES I'm well aware by now, but you do realize how it looks at first. As is obvious by my mistake, it's not impossible for users to find their way here first, and subsequently never know of the earlier videos.

@Tampanda This is only part of their home. They move freely back and forth from inside to outside. The inside section is very soft and comfy for them. The Orangutans seem to enjoy beging outside interacting with zoo visitors. They are also doing major construction at this zoo, so it's possible they will be changing this play area....would be nice cause yeah, cement is not good.

@LaurenJSDaronES Probably the fact that there's rocks being thrown/tossed at them. I can't say for sure whether or not "cruelty" defines small stones being tossed (probably underhanded) at the fence, but the people's excited laughter at it does give it a rather negative and unkind connotation.

@RyleyAshford These were my kids and their friends very innocently playing CATCH with the orangutans with small WOOD CHIPS. They loved the wood chips, and we were tossing them back and forth with them. We were visiting the zoo to give my kids friends' a break from the hospital where their 12 year old brother died 2 days later. SO yeah...being mean to orangutans would be the LAST thing on our minds. This was a very fun, touching and bonding moment between animal and mankind

@RyleyAshford I'm prettty sure there is another video of us with the same orangutans that is labeled "playing catch with Brooke"

@RyleyAshford yeah, I just looked and "playing catch iwth Brooke" was the first video we shot, and you can hear our surprise when he threw the wood chip at us FIRST, in a playful way.
