Yeah call the guards, tell them that someone trespassing in your secret Dark Brotherhood assassins hideout in Imperial City, Market District alley. You can also show them an entrance which is very carefully hidden. Big scary door with Sithis picture on it. Don't mind emo assassin dude near the entrance.

awww i was really disappointed when i found out this was a mod for the pc :( i wish the consoles could get this stuff and that would be so awesome to find more dark brotherhood sanctuaries in the game for the xbox

@skyrimisepik his settings are low. If you play Oblivion on max resolution with ultra high graphics long with Quarrls texture pack, it looks amazing.
