Trifecta missed an important point, Congress is a check to power, the ballot box is also, but the FINAL CHECK is the jury box. The Fugitive Slave Act was largely unsucessful because Juried then were apprised of their rights to vote not guilty if the law was bad.. It is time to start disobeying these endless unconstitutional regulations time for civil disobedience, and time for the Jury to stand up and say NOT GUILTY

I get the feeling that there are many in the silent majority who have no idea that there are now many people in powerful places in our government who think the constitution is no longer valid. They see it as something written long ago under circumstances we don't have today, therefore it should go away. This is an early 1900's progressive idea that has fermented in our college's for decades and we are now starting to see the fruits of that labor. Hopefully we are waking up.

On the first point, I'm not sure the majority put him in office after rampant voter fraud has been proven by ACORN. As for Obama overstepping his constitutional boundaries, would you like the A to L list or the M to Z list?
