She did fine for her rank. You could see she had a bit of trouble figuring out what to do with her hands. But, she was winning from the throw and she made valient attempts to pass the guard. They both fought hard so I really don't get the title of the video...

@crakegame123 There is no limits on chokes. Standard Judo, and pretty safe.

choke a yellow belt is legal ? i though it was at least green belt

I thought the yellow belt did quite well. I didn't see any Jiu Jitsu only techniques used by the other competitor. The first choke was sankaku jime and the 2nd (winning) technique used appeared to be Okuri Eri Jime, common also in classic Judo. They both fought well. +1 what henklip said. Both show good technique and Judo spirit. Impressive.

well she's just a yellow belt i think she's brave to try it and if she keeps training she might beat her the next time
