  • Nothing will work for someone who doesent truely want to quit, or is not ready to quit.. When you are ready, the the easy way will work.. Once you do quit just remember, you can never smoke again.. Because one is too many and a million is never enough.. Its an endless cycle.. youl feel like crap for a few days, and then its all will power after that.. If you dont quit, you will end up going through the same effects of pheening for a cig every time you want a ciggerette.

  • You are absolutely correct. One must want to quit, and decide to quit. That is the only thing that will make you quit.

My hypnotherapy & NLP programs can help to make it easy to quit and stay quit by reducing or eliminating the cravings, compulsions, stress, and anxiety.

  • damn, when i'm thinking of the sunset I picture myself lying on the beach with a cigerette in my hand... no joke.

How can I get rid of this association?

    It comes automatic...

  • I use an NLP technique called the Flash to break up associations. It works instantly.

  • my cousin says, addiction is a mental thing... or somehting, but yeah, u just need will power!

  • Yes, it is mainly a mental thing. But you don't need willpower. You can eliminate the cravings and tension that causes them with hypnosis.

  • This is an educational video, NOT a therapeutic video. It is here to teach you something, NOT to do something to you. So the video didn't fail, you failed.

You need to learn to accept responsibility for your own actions my friend.

  • good idea! life's too short anyway to shorten it any further.

  • Ahahah :D

I was thinking the same as I read your comment

  • idk.. i can go all day without a smoke without really trying. but as soon as i dont have anything to do.. i go and grab one. i just get bored i guess.

  • No joke... I think the same thing all the time.

  • I agree 90% of the struggle to overcome smoking is mental, 10% is physical.
