No OS ever is very secure :P and if you use Java you probably already got malware on there. I love all OS for what they are and I would never ever use only one type of OS. I got a blackberry phone an android tablet a windows8/linux laptop and a mac mini and i love all of them for different reasons.

I love Apple products but their security is a myth. For decades Windows has dominated the market in terms of global computer footprint until the latest generations of Mac came about. Since then, the individuals who provide online threats have realised that now iOS is just as abundant as Windows OS, meaning its worthwhile writing a virus for either OS.
