If you would like some pics of the table. it's currently made of 1/4 inch plywood. but I do have a 1/4 AL block I hope one day to finish drilling. send me an email Maybe i can even work out an instructional video for you if you would like.
Sure thing..... It's a custom base that is 15x5 in diameter. I can see about getting you some pics emailed of the table.... then i placed 2- 84 teeth gears on both sides to "sandwich" the table. using a small gear reduction box i got the full speed reduced enough where it was not so jumpy and was much slower and more controlled.
