Sorry the video is dark, my lamp broke on me!!!! This video is about who i have decided to tell about my lapband surgery and why i have chosen to not to tell a lot of people.

you are so positive! i love it!!! im going to my first consultation on friday! iwanted to know: what did you answer on all the questions they asked you?

@strawberrypopcorn Hey!! thanks so much hun, how did your consulatation go....all well i hope. i asked every question i could think of...had a good two sides of a4 paper....asked thing like, how amny people he operated on, how many people had died (i wanted to know) thank God he sad zero!! asked him about the pain, the anestethic...all sort of questions hun. xxxx

Sometimes you have to do what is best for you...if i didnt get the op..only God knows where i would of been if i continued to put on weight. At my highest i was nearly 29stone!

It sounds like your sister is a great support for you. Your Mom will come around - she loves you too. It is okay not to tell anyone until you are ready. Although, if you can think of one or two more people to tell that you trust, the more support the better. We are here, of course too! I love the concept of extreme self care - it sounds like you are practicing it. (Read "Take Time for your Life" by Cheryl Richardson for more info on that!). Congrtulations on making this tough deicision!

My sister has been great! Dnt know what i would do without her. I think i will tell people when im at goal!! lmao!! But if one day i do want to tell someone close i will do. :)
