This guy must be high. HTF does he think those people got so poor? The British sucked the life out of these people, bombed and shot them then left them to die. Why didn't they liberate them? Instead they left them in the clutches of madmen. And he hasn't a clue. Not a fucking clue.

i meant karen* the british government didnt give the karen special treatment. the karen could speak english as they had been studying in christian colleges so therefore, it was easy for them 2 slip into most of the administrative positions for the british. And why the hell would the karen want 2 unite with the rest of burma when that means submitting to the military junta.
