In my opinion, nice try. You hit most of the notes, but I didn't feel the emotion that this song is supposed to convey. This is such a powerful song and it didn't come across as genuine to me. Covering a song that was originally recorded by a "vocal icon" is always a challenge. Sorry bro! Didn't work for me.
