@maniissuite99 seriously. That little girl is one of the best ones I've seen on Disney. She played Sydney, the little orphan girl, on That's so Raven.

Because the song is usually sung by Hannah. So when Hannah sings "it's really you but no-one ever discovers", she's referring to herself.
Since this is Miley, she's trying to convince the girl that she's hannah, and so sings whilst pointing to herself as to signify that she is reffering to herself in the song.
