  • I am new to the single malt world. I have tried many and I have to say that this one is my favorite. I think it's superb.

  • My oh my, this is powerful stuff! I small drop on my tongue was instantly restorative from me just about to lapse into sleep. I wonder whether it will do just as well in the morning to pull me out of my cold and stiff starts. It reminds me of something my grandparents kept in the mid 70s, they usually had 5 or 6 blended whiskies, when the big brands were top notch. Mmmmm, this is really one to savour, a real homely drink. Could do with a proper working open fire with some tatties in t ash.

  • @ralfystuff excellent my good chap! the 12 year old is excellent

  • I come from a town in America called Highland Park! This is also the first Scotch whiskey I ever tasted. (while in Scotland, and also while I was too young to drink in the US) Did not know anything about whiskey back then, but it sure tasted good!
