you need to add a trigger warning of some description here i think. i find it irresponsible that you'd try to put someone in a state of anxiety using the loud glitchy distorted sound at the start. i feel anxious after watching this video, when i was hoping for something more helpful, something to relate to.
trying to hard to be cool and produced, when your friend's story should be central here. i'm sure he has much more to say.
i hope you can take constructive criticism from this. rx

Nice work guys, I dealt with this for a lot of my life, Being aware of my heartrate, and it rising and rising are the start for me. Fullblown include loss of reality and if im talking to someone at that time, its like there a very special person at that time in my life, sent to understand me. Would be great if you could somehow show and describe what going on in someones body and mind during a moderate or full blown panic attack, thats what people want to see. i know its hard to catch tho
